As AEC marketers, many of us wear a multitude of hats in our day to day roles. More and more often, the responsibilities of marketing and human resources overlap, and sometimes unfortunately even collide. In our increasingly competitive marketplace, hiring the best and brightest talent requires fresh new approaches to talent acquisition. Having a strong brand is not only important to attract and win projects; it's also crucial for attracting and retaining the best employees. Join us for a presentation and discussion with three AEC marketers about the importance of aligning marketing and HR goals and learn from their experience collaborating between the two areas. Presenters include: Katie Harris, LEED AP, Director of Marketing at RVi Planning & Landscape Architecture; Amy Hageman, AEC Brand Ambassador; Erin Bettison, CPSM, Marketing Manager at The Beck Group
